| ANNUAL EXHIBITION |

The Annual Exhibitions are the heart of the RGI's raison d'etre. Follow this link for a full history.

Established in 1861 to show the work of living artists, the Exhibition has been held annually for the most part at the McLellan Galleries in Sauchiehall Street to enormous popular acclaim until 2000, and currently, on a temporary basis, at the refurbished premises at The Mitchell at Charing Cross.
